The Lean Manufacturing Readiness Opportunity Survey and Assessment (Lean Readiness) is structured to be a cost effective service that will:

Phase One: The Lean Readiness Opportunity Survey

bulletTypically the survey starts with an overview of your manufacturing operation
bulletFollowing your overview a plant tour is conducted
bulletWe will provide an overview of Simplified Lean (waste free) Manufacturing to your team

Time required to complete the Survey phase will be 2-4 hours

Phase Two: The Lean Readiness Assessment

Based on our observations and findings from the readiness opportunity survey we will outline our approach for conducting a Readiness Assessment.

The Lean Readiness Assessment is performed as a series of steps and will be structured to zero in on the areas where you should initially concentrate your resources.

The steps are as follows:
